PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new slotter units capable of easily switching from production of inner glued boxes to outer glued boxes.SOLUTION: A carton forming machine is configured from the upstream side in the order of a sheet feeding unit, a printing unit, slotter units, a die cutter, a gluer, a folder and a counter unit, and at least the slotter units 13 and 14 coupled to each other are provided for applying ruled lines and cutting grooves and flaps on a sheet 200. The slotter unit 14 is provided for forming an outer glued box in which, in a case of forming the outer glued box, a joint part of the sheet is positioned on the opposite side in the sheet width direction x to a case of forming an inner glued box, and is arranged in a coupled manner to the slotter unit 13 provided for forming the inner glued box in the downstream side thereto.
