PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion incorporating fluid and a mat incorporating fluid capable of suppressing an occurrence of bottoming when a human body is placed without increasing an amount of fluid enclosed in a cushion body.SOLUTION: A cushion 100 incorporating fluid is composed of a cushion body 101 provided with a sealed space 105 formed by stacking sheets 102 and 103 together and joining the periphery. In the sealed space 105, fluid 107 is enclosed, and a sleeping posture pelvis opposing part 120 and a flow channel 130 are formed by a weir part 110 respectively. The sleeping posture pelvis opposing part 120 is formed by a sleeping posture pelvis weir part 111 composed of the weir part 110 arranged so as to intermittently enclose the outside of a pelvis B1 in a face-up position of a user, and two great trochanters B2 connected to the pelvis B1. The flow channel 130 is formed by the weir part 110 provided along an area between the sleeping posture pelvis weir part 111 and a space edge part 106.
