PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe with a telescopic screw-type universal joint, in which an integration of the metallic pipe and the universal joint is extensible, the metallic pipe is prevented from coming out of the universal joint without increasing the number of parts, and even a thin thickness metallic pipe can be connected to the universal joint as that metallic pipe.SOLUTION: A metallic pipe 2 has an inserted part 20 into which a pipe-side insertion part 13 of a joint 3 is screw-inserted. In the pipe-side insertion part 13 of the joint 3, to be inserted into the inserted part 20, a helical groove 15 to be used for axially moving the metallic pipe 2 is provided on its outer periphery surface other than a tip portion. In an inner periphery surface of the inserted part 20, protrusions 21 to be fitted in the groove 15 are formed.
