PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapidly disintegrating tablet in oral cavity which contains drug having unpleasant sensory characteristic, in which unpleasant sensory characteristic felt in taking the tablet is reduced, and delayed release does not occur even when gastric pH of a patient is high.SOLUTION: There is provided a rapidly disintegrating tablet in oral cavity which contains drug-containing granules having: coating containing (A) water-insoluble cellulose ether; (B) water-insoluble acrylic acid-based polymer; (C) anionic surfactant; and (D) nonionic surfactant, and total weight of (A) and (B) is 0.25 pt.wt. or more with respect to 1 pt.wt. of grains containing drug having unpleasant sensory characteristic, outside grains containing drug having unpleasant sensory characteristic.
