PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to determine whether a portable device is immersed in water with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A portable device (for instance, a smartphone) 1 includes: an atmospheric pressure sensor 19 for measuring an atmospheric pressure value; and a controller 10 for estimating a moving method of a user who uses an own device.
