PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil erosion prevention method which is invented in order to solve such a problem that when soil is contaminated with heavy metals or contaminants such as an organic substance, granular particles such as earth and sand and contaminants fly to neighboring areas from the surface of the contaminated soil to be left standing as it is until decontamination work is done and in which flight of the contaminated soil and erosion of the contaminated soil due to rain water or invading water can be prevented over a long period of time.SOLUTION: An ionic polymer fine particle dispersion liquid, which is produced by dispersion polymerization in an agitated aqueous solution in the coexistence of polysaccharides with a water-soluble polymer dispersant and comprises a specific anionic monomer, and a mixed dispersion liquid containing a cationic polymer or a polycondensation polymer and inorganic salts are sprayed toward the surface of the contaminated soil.
