PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dumbbell whose weight can be easily and quickly adjusted, in a weight-adjustable detachable dumbbell to be used generally in free weight training.SOLUTION: A frame is provided at both ends of a metal rod serving also as a grip. A storage space is formed inside so that each of dedicated weights can be replaced. The dedicated weight can be fixed to the dumbbell by operating a lever. The dumbbell has a function of releasing fixed dedicated weight by operating the lever from the dumbbell.
