PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel control program and handwriting input device, and a touch panel control method capable of suppressing the in-plane fluctuations of touch sensitivity on a touch panel.;SOLUTION: Provided is a touch panel control program operative on a device for controlling a touch panel detectable of touch positions. The touch panel control program causes the device to execute: an output information acquisition process for acquiring the position information and output values at a touch position from a signal output from the touch panel; and a stored amount calculation process for calculating a touch stored amount for use to correct the touch sensitivity by sequentially adding up the sum of the output values at the touch position in each of correction units with a predetermined size on the touch panel while the device is being used, preparing a table in which the positions of the correction units are mapped with the touch stored amounts, and saving the table in a storage unit.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
