PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical controller which enables modification of a reference value of a specific control point while maintaining a difference between reference values of control points.;SOLUTION: A numerical controller 1 according to the present invention comprises: a read unit 10 which sequentially reads a command block from tabular data and analyzes the command block to acquire and output a reference value and coordinate values of a control point; a reference value analysis unit 11 which, if a command block read by the read unit 10 includes a shift command for shifting a reference value, enables the shift of reference value in command blocks following the command block, and outputs the reference value of the control point which is shifted based on the shift quantity specified by the shift command; and a distribution processing unit 12 which produces a movement quantity relative to an axis controlled by the tabular data, based on the reference value output by the reference value analysis unit and the coordinate values of the control point output by the read unit.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
