The present invention relates to a method for controlling pine wood nematode by installing, at regular intervals, net type traps including an attractant composition for attracting Monochamus alternatus and Monochamus saltuarius, which are pollinating insects of pine wood nematode, and capturing, within the traps, the attracted Monochamus alternatus and Monochamus saltuarius. The present invention can constantly and effectively capture Monochamus alternatus and Monochamus saltuarius over a whole generation by forming a net-type trap system at a control area on the basis of the physiological, ecological, and behavioral characteristics of Monochamus alternatus and Monochamus saltuarius which do not show active scattering mobility, and thus can control the damage caused by pine wood nematode through the medium of Monochamus alternatus and Monochamus saltuarius and can forecast whether or not damage will occur.
