PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To learn the behavior of a user wearing a wearable terminal, and to notify a monitor of the occurrence of a problem if the user takes behavior other than the learned behavior.SOLUTION: A behavior analysis server 10 communicatively connected with a wearable terminal 100 of a user regularly receives positional data indicating the current position of the user or acceleration data loaded on the wearable terminal 100 as behavior data from the wearable terminal 100, learns the behavior of the user in a received time band on the basis of the received behavior data, generates a learning record, and performs alert processing on receiving behavior data not corresponding to the learning record from the wearable terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
