PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrule gasket having sufficiently good sealing performance for use up to the limit of the life (holding the sealing performance) when possible while preventing liquid leakage.SOLUTION: The ferrule gasket of a rubber elastic material includes a disc annular body part held at both sides between a pair of ferrules, and annular bead parts provided on both side faces of the body part so as to be stored in annular grooves provided in the ferrules. The ferrules are fastened and fixed with a clamp band to achieve sealing between the ferrules. The annular bead parts are formed by an inside annular bead part and an outside annular bead part. Between the inside annular bead part and the outside annular bead part, a liquid reservoir annular groove is formed.
