The device (1) has a mechanical movement transmission assembly (20) being configured such that a support (21) adopts two distinct angular positions around a first axis (x5), where connecting rods (23, 24) generate a dead center for the distinct angular positions for the support. The device is configured such that the axis is parallel with a second axis (x7) in one of the angular positions of another support (11) around a third axis (x1) and a fourth axis (x6) is combined with the third axis in the angular position of the former support around the first axis.
