PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AED (Automated External Defibrillator ) position information update system in which AED position information can be updated without depending on an AED model.SOLUTION: The AED position information update system comprises an AED housing case 4 in which an AED 5 is housed, a portable terminal 2, and a server 3. The AED housing case 4 comprises a beacon transmitting unit 41 which transmits a beacon containing identification information of the AED housing case 4 or the AED 5. The portable terminal 2 comprises: a beacon receiving unit 21 which receives a beacon; a portable terminal control unit 27 which acquires the identification information from the beacon; a GPS 25 which acquires the position information of the portable terminal 2; and a first network communication unit 24 which transmits the identification information and the position information to the server 3. The server 3 comprises: a second network communication unit 31 which receives the identification information and the position information; a storage unit 32 which stores a position information table 34; and a server control unit 33 which updates the contents of the position information table 34 on the basis of the identification information and the position information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
