PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action support device for caring to be easily and stably arranged in a bed regardless of the shape of the bed.SOLUTION: A care action support device 1 is attached to bed support members 21, 22 extending in the longitudinal direction of a bed 2 on a floor surface. A pair of base members 11, 12 having parts extending in the longitudinal direction of the bed 2 are locked to the side surfaces of the support members 21, 22 by lock parts 113a, 123a arranged at one ends. The proximal ends of the base members 11, 12 are removably attached to a base part 14. The base part 14 includes an erection part 141 erected from a main frame 140. An arm 16 is rotatably supported around a vertical axis by the erection part 141. A motor-driven lift 3 for lifting up the body of a bed user, etc. is arranged at the distal end of the arm 16. Lock positions by a positioning member 13 are adjustable concerning the base members 11, 12 and the support members 21, 22.
