A thickness t1 of a diffusion layer 54 formed between the Ni layer 51 and the Cu layer 52 and a thickness t2 of a diffusion layer 55 formed between the Cu layer 52 and the Ni layer 53 are 0.5 μm or more and 3.5 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
