PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe that makes it possible to monitor micro environments in a living body with a new concept different from conventional ones.SOLUTION: Used is a 3-deazapurine nucleoside derivative represented by the following formula (I) or (II), where Rand Rare independent of each other, the same or different from each other, and represent a condensed ring such as a 1-naphthyl group or a 2-naphthyl group, and Rand Rare independent of each other, the same or different from each other, and represent a hydrogen atom or a hydroxy group.
