PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a respiratory sound analysis device detecting a characteristic continuous rhonchus in expiration/inspiration, capturing characteristics coinciding with a hearing sense, and displaying the characteristics with simple representation.SOLUTION: A respiratory sound analysis device 100 includes: a respiratory boundary analysis part 120 analyzing a respiratory boundary in a respiratory sound signal; a first filter processing part 140 extracting a signal in only a prescribed frequency band based on a human hearing sense and characteristics of a continuous rhonchus as an analysis target signal; and a continuous rhonchus analysis part 150 performing analysis of the characteristics related to the continuous rhonchus to the analysis target signal.
