PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunity measurement method, an immunity measurement reagent and an immunity measurement kit for accurately measuring a concentration of MMP-3 in a specimen containing EDTA.SOLUTION: The present invention has been completed by finding that a monoclonal antibody for which reactivity under coexistence of EDTA is equal to reactivity under non-coexistence of EDTA is specially selected by defining reactivity of an antibody under coexistence of EDTA and non-coexistence of EDTA as an index. By combining thus selected monoclonal antibodies having the reactivity under the coexistence of EDTA equal to the reactivity under the non-coexistence of EDTA, a concentration of MMP-3 can be accurately measured without reducing a measurement even in a specimen containing EDTA.
