PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a water bottom structure and a cylindrical body, a connection method of the water bottom structure and the cylindrical body, and a method of saving personnel from the water bottom structure, capable of quickly saving the personnel in the water bottom structure during normal time and an emergency, without applying a diver or a submarine.SOLUTION: A cylindrical body 2 suspended by a floating crane is disposed via a gasket 4 on a position surrounding a hatch 1c on a top end surface 1a of a water bottom structure (submerged caisson) 1. The cylindrical body 2 is connected so that the cylindrical body 2 can be relatively displaced to the top end surface 1a by water pressure acting to the cylindrical body 2 from outside, thereby a connection structure 10 of the water bottom structure and the cylindrical body is formed.
