PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information system linked with plural data centers capable of generating optimum system constitution plan satisfying the requirements.SOLUTION: Best practices of system engineering linked with plural data centers are previously registered as a cloud design pattern collection. The validity of a system configuration information input by a user is evaluated. When any problem is detected in the validity evaluation, a relevant design pattern is searched to determine whether the problem is solvable. When any design pattern capable of solving the problem is found, the system configuration is optimized by applying the design pattern, and the result is presented to the user.
