Blood vessel clamping device and blood vessel anastomosis method using the same

A blood vessel clamp device prevents blood vessels from twisting during suture and enables the blood vessels to be easily and reliably anastomosed even if the blood vessels cannot be easily inverted 180 degrees because the blood vessels are short. A blood vessel clamp device is provided with two clamps (2) which grip blood vessels, two annular ring members (3) which are connected to the clamps (2) and a circumferential part of each of which is removed, and two support bases (4) which support the ring members (3) so that the ring members (3) can rotate in the circumferential direction. The support bases (4) are connected through a support base connection means (17) so as to be capable of approaching and separating from each other. An attitude maintaining means (19) stops the rotation of the ring members (3) at a desired position and maintains the stopped attitude.
