PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resume uplink signal light transmission earlier while preventing a wavelength switching start time of a subscriber-side device of which the allocation wavelength is to be changed, from being overlapped with a transmission permission time of uplink signal light.SOLUTION: In accordance with a dynamic wavelength band allocation method of a WDM/TDM-PON system, an accommodation station side device and a plurality of subscriber side devices are connected by a PON topology and with respect to an uplink communication from the subscriber side device to the accommodation station side device, the accommodation station side device dynamically allocates an uplink communication wavelength and the transmission permission time of the uplink signal line to the subscriber side device. The transmission of the uplink signal light is inhibited during a band allocation period in which a communication wavelength is switched, in a band allocation period for cyclically allocating the transmission permission time of the uplink signal light to the subscriber side device to which the switching of the uplink communication wavelength is instructed, among the plurality of subscriber side devices.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
