PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera parameter estimation apparatus capable of enhancing the estimation accuracy of camera parameters to be estimated.SOLUTION: A camera parameter estimation apparatus for estimating the camera parameters of a plurality of cameras from videos captured by the plurality of cameras includes a feature point detector for detecting feature points from the video, a feature point association unit for associating the feature points thus detected, a camera parameter estimation unit for calculating the estimate of a camera parameter from the feature point thus associated, and a camera parameter prediction unit for calculating the prediction value of camera parameter based on the estimate of a camera parameter estimated already. The feature point association unit performs association by using the restriction related to association of feature point derived from the prediction value of camera parameter.
