PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize the content of a wrong answer of learners to a teaching material question asked for the learners to automatically detect a teaching material question to which learning content which the learners tend to misunderstand is related, and automatically select a related teaching material question in accordance with the learning content of the learners.SOLUTION: The contents of answers of a plurality of learners to a teaching material question are stored, and a plurality of teaching material questions are stored. Also, the contents of answers of the plurality of learners are classified, and the totalized content is stored. Next, the contents of answers of learners are marked on the basis of learner information storage content and teaching material question storage content; the learner information storage content is updated; classification and totalization of wrong answers of a specific learner are performed; the teaching material question having the wrong answers which has been accumulated to a certain amount or more is associated with the teaching material questions answered by the specific learner; and the teaching material question storage content is updated. Then, on the basis of the teaching material question which the specific learner answered, a next teaching material question to be asked for the specific learner is selected out of the teaching material question storage content; the teaching material question which is asked for the specific learner next is selected; and the selected teaching material question is presented to the specific learner.
