This method discloses a method for transmitting and receiving D2D subframes. This method belongs to a single serving base station that can be applied to all pairs of systems receiving a transmitting D 2 D-UE and one or more D 2 D-UEs. A serving base station that provides cell coverage for both transmitting D2D-UE and receiving D2D-UE can be operated using FDD or TDD. This method belongs to different serving base stations and may be applied to the transmitting D 2 D-UE and the receiving D 2 D UE system, respectively.
