PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently process transfer of balls owned in plural kinds of games into stored balls.SOLUTION: When an inter-machine card processor 10 that contains owned ball accounts subject to a plurality of rates receives an operation to transfer owned balls into stored balls, the inter-machine card processor 10 transmits a request for transfer into saved ball including an owned ball account balance subject to respective rates against saved balls to a card management device 40. The card management device 40 causes a member management device 50, which manages saved ball accounts, to process adding the owned ball account balance subject to respective rates to a corresponding saved ball account balance, thereby making it possible to efficiently process transfer of the owned ball account subject to a plurality of rates into the saved ball account. Even if an error occurs in processing transfer of the plurality of rates, occurrence of confusions can be suppressed.
