PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a total support system for rescue work capable of reducing work load on rescue crew.SOLUTION: There is provided a total support system 1 for rescue work which comprises a rescue server 2, a rescue crew terminal 3, a material creation server 10, and a command server 11. The rescue server 2 includes a first rescue server 2A and a second rescue server 2B. The command server 11 transmits first information on the sick and wounded to the first rescue server 2A. The second rescue server 2B transmits the first information on the sick and wounded to the rescue crew terminal 3. The rescue crew terminal 3, which adds second information on the sick and wounded as information based on the sick and wounded in an ambulance to the received the first information on the sick and wounded, creates rescue activity information. The rescue crew terminal 3 transmits the created rescue activity information to the second rescue server 2B. The second rescue server 2B transmits the rescue activity information to a hospital terminal 16 immediately. The first rescue server 2A forwards the rescue activity information to the material creation server 10.
