The present invention relates to a continuous production method of a rubber masterbatch and a rubber masterbatch prepared by the method. The manufacturing method includes the following steps. Step 1) Put a filler into a rubber solution and stir to form a rubber / filler / solvent mixture; Step 2) Remove the solvent and dry the mixture to obtain a rubber / filler masterbatch. The present invention also relates to a masterbatch prepared by the method described above and a rubber product prepared using the masterbatch. Compared with the conventional wet mixing masterbatch condensation technology, the present invention does not have any special requirements for rubber fillers and has a wide range of use. Also, the filler has a high degree of dispersion in the rubber mixture, and the manufacturing method is continuous and highly efficient, energy saving, and lower in cost.
