Each of the mold-releasing bar assemblies 51 is such that a guide member 55 inserted into the cavity 30 to press the high fatty acid salt block 71 is set to the head thereof, and a brush 54 is attached to the base end side thereof relative to the guide member 55. When the mold-releasing bar assembly 51 is inserted into the cavity 30 for releasing the high fatty acid salt block 71, the brush 54 is also inserted into the cavity 30 so as to remove residues of the high fatty acid salt block 71 left in the cavity 30.
