PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication network time synchronization system which can achieve correct time synchronization and decrease a load of a NTP server.;SOLUTION: When deterioration in quality or disconnection of a radio signal occur or the state of deterioration in quality or disconnection of the radio signal is resolved, pieces of radio equipment NE1 to NE 12 (hereinafter abbreviated as radio equipment NE) each transmits a SNMP Trap to a network management system NMS. When receiving the SNMP Trap including an alarm item indicating that the deterioration in quality or disconnection of the radio signal has recovered, the network management system NMS instructs respective slave radio equipment NE belonging to the link to distribute an NTP multicast packet for time notice in a multicast form to master radio equipment NE (for example, radio equipment NE1 for link 1) having an NTP multi server function in the link to which the radio equipment NE for a destination of the SNMP Trap belongs.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
