PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic accident occurrence prediction device that can reduce occurrence of an accident in a road traffic by a prediction.;SOLUTION: A traffic accident occurrence prediction device according to an embodiment comprises: accident occurrence pattern learning means that learns an accident occurrence pattern by a predetermined learning algorithm using past traffic data; and accident occurrence prediction means that quantitatively outputs a tendency of the traffic accident occurrence on the basis of an actually measured value of traffic data at a current time or a prediction value of traffic data after the current time and on and a learning result by the accident occurrence pattern learning means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
