PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to efficiently collect monitoring data dispersedly managed by each of a plurality of clouds connected through a network.SOLUTION: A monitoring data transfer system 101 has a configuration including: a communication device 304 for communicating with a monitoring device in each of a plurality of domains; a storage device 303 for storing a first table describing a type of monitoring data managed by the monitoring device in each domain; and an operational device 301 for executing first processing of identifying, on the basis of the first table, a monitoring device which is in an analysis target domain and manages monitoring data of a type to be an analysis target of predetermined analysis processing, and second processing of acquiring attribute information on monitoring data of an analysis target from the identified monitoring device in the analysis target domain and applying the attribute information to predetermined algorithm in order to determine a domain on which the analysis processing is performed so that monitoring data transfer efficiency is maximum between analysis target domains and a transfer path of analysis target monitoring data between the determined domain and an analysis target domain except the determined domain.
