PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam hardening correction device capable of appropriately correcting an error due to beam hardening generated in an implant.SOLUTION: A beam hardening correction device relating to the invention comprises: constant value providing means that extracts an implant area in reconstruction volume data and provides a constant value to the extracted area; forward projection means that forward projects the reconstruction volume data in which the constant value is provided to the implant area by the constant value providing means; determination means that obtains a volume of beam hardening generated in the implant, from the forward projection image; calculation means that generates a beam-hardening-corrected projection image by adding the volume of beam hardening obtained by the determination means to a projection image corresponding to the reconstruction volume data to be processed by the constant value providing means; and back projection means that back projects the beam-hardening-corrected projection image.
