PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aging method for steel slag capable of stably reducing expansibility of a pressurization steam aging treated steel slag while maintaining crushed product particle size regardless of characteristic or composition of the steel slag.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for conducting aging by pressure vapor by injecting a steel slag crushed to 40 mm or less into a pressure vessel, including reducing vapor pressure in the pressure vessel to 0.14 to 0.27 MPa by diffusing vapor after a first aging by adding pressure to 0.29 to 0.98 MPa by saturation vapor pressure and holding for 1 to 5 hours, and reducing pressure in the pressure vessel to ambient pressure after a second aging by holding at temperature the above mentioned pressure is balanced for 0.5 to 3 hours.
