PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyelid forming tape in which an eyelash can be raised by pulling up an eyelid portion and a problem of widely opening an eye can be eliminated even if pulling up the eyelid portion, and to provide combination of itself and a mannequin face for eyelash extension wearing practice.;SOLUTION: An eyelid forming tape of the present invention is bonded to an eyelid portion of a mannequin face for eyelash extension wearing practice in which an eyelash for practice to wear an eyelash extension is implanted in the end of an eyelid identical to a place where a human eyelash grows.
