PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, in a conventional system, the use of electricity, gas or tapped water in a designated time zone such as at nighttime could be accounted and charged but the use could be neither accounted nor charged with discount or surplus of the charge for each of dates designated as occasion demands, for each date relating to the occurrence of an extremely hot day or the other designated air temperature for each area or for each home or nursing home where care need certified persons or various handicapped persons are nursed, and a system for computing and accounting or charging the use is desired.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a system for accounting or charging the use of electricity, gas or tapped water with preset discount or surplus of the preset use charge for each designated date or for each day or time zone in which a designated air temperature occurs such as an extremely hot day and for each home or nursing home where care need certified persons or various handicapped persons are being nursed, when accounting the use of electricity, gas or tapped water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
