PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which when a data structure is embedded in transmission data as it is as a character string, the size of the transmission data becomes very large.SOLUTION: A communication data structure compression device comprises: a communication data structure conversion unit 105 that generates a data structure part of communication data using an identifier corresponding to a data type and the number of elements; a communication data unit 103 that combines the generated data structure part of the communication data and a part of a data value of data defining a data structure to generate the communication data; and a data transmission unit 107 that transmits the generated communication data part to a network.
