PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform propagation control depending on the specification of electromagnetic wave with high accuracy.;SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave propagation controller 1 has an electromagnetic wave propagation control unit 2 and a drive voltage control unit 3. The electromagnetic wave propagation control unit 2 is formed by bundling a plurality of plasma generation units 10 in a housing 13. The drive voltage control unit 3 controls the drive voltage of the plasma generation units 10. Consequently, the electromagnetic wave propagation control unit 2 generates plasma with a density based on the drive voltage thereof in the housing 13, thus controlling propagation of an electromagnetic wave w1 entering the housing 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
