An autosampler capable of preventing the cooling time from becoming longer than necessary and an analyzer equipped with the autosampler are provided. The cooling time calculation processing unit 23 calculates the cooling time based on the temperature of the heating unit detected by the oven sensor 31 and the room temperature detected by the room temperature sensor 32. Therefore, unlike the configuration in which the cooling time is calculated assuming that the room temperature is a predetermined temperature, the sample container can be prevented from reaching the target temperature before the calculated cooling time has elapsed. This can prevent the cooling time from becoming longer than necessary.
