PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to know earthquake occurrence even in a room without an emergency earthquake quick report device.SOLUTION: An emergency earthquake quick report device 25 performs notification by detecting an emergency earthquake quick report signal with broadcast and transmits a device event signal indicating an emergency earthquake quick report to residential fire alarms 10-1 to 10-6. The residential fire alarms 10-1 to 10-6 notify of abnormality when detecting abnormality in a caution area, makes the emergency earthquake quick report device 25 notify of abnormality by transmitting an event signal indicating the abnormality to the emergency earthquake quick report device 25, and notifies of information indicating the emergency earthquake quick report when the device event signal indicating the emergency earthquake quick report is received from the emergency earthquake quick report device 25. The event signal indicating fire from the residential fire alarms 10-1 to 10-6 is received by the emergency earthquake quick report device 25 and fire is notified.
