PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consolidate document information such as a news article and a comment distributed over a plurality of sites based on content.;SOLUTION: Based on a connection sentence that connects the title with the summary sentence of sentence information including comments of the user of a terminal device, similar sentence information is clustered from site information distributed via a network. A representative comment is extracted from the comments.
