PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric film excellent in heat resistance and capable of increasing a dielectric breakdown electric field, a film capacitor and a connected capacitor using the dielectric film, an inverter, and an electric vehicle. SOLUTION: Film capacitors A and B using a dielectric film 1 including an organic resin and a plurality of microparticles containing a metal element, and having an average diameter of the microparticles of 0.5 to 50 nm, By doing so, a film capacitor having excellent heat resistance and a high dielectric breakdown electric field can be obtained. Such film capacitors A and B and a connected capacitor C in which the film capacitors A and B are connected by a bus bar are suitably used for the inverter D and the electric vehicle E.
