An example of a piping structure of a tire vulcanizer to which the present invention is applied includes a center mechanism 1 of a tire vulcanizer shown in FIG. 1. The center mechanism 1 includes a bug head 2, a hydraulic cylinder 3, and an exhaust circulation route pipe 4. Further, the center mechanism 1 is provided with a bladder (not shown) which can expand and contract by supplying a vulcanizing medium to the inside. The bug head 2 has a plurality of supply ports of a vulcanizing medium and is disposed at the upper part of the center mechanism 1. One end of the exhaust circulation route pipe 4 is connected to the interior of the bladder, and the two exhaust circulation route pipes 4 are connected by a bypass pipe 5. The other end of the exhaust circulation route pipe 4 is connected to the outside of the central mechanism 1. Further, the bypass pipe 5 is provided with a circulation device 6 for circulating the vulcanizing medium while maintaining the pressure inside the bladder.
