PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce an expert matching with a request content by a customer by retrieving an expert matching with the request content of the customer on the basis of estimations provided by experts in the past, and causing the retrieved expert to present a new estimation according to the request content by the customer to the customer.;SOLUTION: An expert introduction device 1 has an estimation information storage part 11 for storing expert identification information and estimation information provided by the expert in the past in association with each other. When an estimation request is received from a customer terminal 2 together with request content information, a retrieval processing part 14 refers to the estimation information storage part 11 so as to retrieve estimation information that matches with the request content information. A providing request for new estimation information according to the request content information is transmitted to an expert terminal 3 of an expert having provided estimation information matching with the request content information in the past, which is found as a result of the retrieval; and when new estimation information is received, it is transmitted to the customer terminal 2.
