PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the transfer of electronic currency between users by a simple method.;SOLUTION: An electronic currency management device 5 includes: a storage part 52 for storing balance information of points and a telephone number of a user terminal 12 in association with a user ID for identifying a user; a transfer reception part 511 for receiving a transfer request including the telephone number of the user terminal 12 that a transfer destination user uses from the user terminal 12 that a transfer source user uses; a transfer destination specification part 512 for specifying the transfer destination user on the basis of the received telephone number; and a transfer execution part 514 for shifting a part of points that the transfer source user owns to the specified transfer destination user.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
