Disclosed is a humanized model animal capable of studying human tissues and human cells in a disease state in vivo. Human pluripotent stem cells are transplanted into the tissues of immunocompromised animals to form teratomas, and diseases are induced by intraperitoneal administration of the disease-inducing substances. The disease-inducing substance is streptozotocin or alloxan. IPS cells from healthy humans were transplanted, and after 2 months, streptozotocin was administered, and accumulation of triglyceride was observed in myocardium and vascular smooth muscle in teratomas grown from diabetic mice.
