PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collection transmission node capable of reducing occurrence of data transmission delay or conflicting by reducing the data amount to be transmitted to an upper data collection transmission node.SOLUTION: A data collection transmission node 3 transmits a piece of measurement data collected from plural measurement devices 2 to a center apparatus 6 in a manner of multi-hop transmission. The data collection transmission node 3 receives a piece of measurement data of a first measurement device 2 the data of which is collected by its own node from the measurement device 2; and receives a piece of measurement data of a second measurement device 2 the data of which is collected by a lower node from a lower data collection transmission node 3. In a case that a value of the first measurement data is smaller than a threshold value when the first measurement data and the second measurement data are transmitted to an upper data collection transmission node 3, a data reduction control is made not to transmit a first measurement data to the upper data collection transmission node 3.
