The present invention provides a novel alkylating agent that specifically binds to a gene mutation site of a driver oncogene. A complex in which an alkylating agent is bound to a polyamide that specifically binds to a gene mutation site of a driver oncogene, a driver oncogene gene mutation-specific alkylating agent containing the complex, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the complex.
