An ophthalmologic observation apparatus and an ophthalmic observation program enabling a user to satisfactorily observe the fundus can be provided. The ophthalmologic observation apparatus 1 obtains the analysis result by converting the imaging range relating to the OCT data acquired by the OCT apparatus 6 using the measurement data on the optical characteristics of the eye to be examined (S 4). Measurement data used for actual distance conversion is selected in advance by the CPU 2 on the basis of the relationship between the acquisition timing of the OCT data and the measurement timing of the measurement data previously stored in the measurement data storage unit (S b 3) . Thus, in the process of S4, the analysis result converted into the actual distance using the measurement data selected by the process of S3 is obtained.
